Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Cost and speed

Standard tracked delivery is free on every order and arrives in 2–4 working days.

Orders are picked and despatched within 1 working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at a weekend or bank holiday, are despatched the next working day.

Tracking

You will get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for three working days, email trylemora@gmail.com and we will chase the carrier.

If it does not arrive

Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before we treat a UK parcel as lost — carriers occasionally scan late. After that we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Wrong or incomplete address

We can only ship to the address given at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has left us we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded less the delivery cost.

Duties and taxes

UK orders include VAT where applicable. There are no additional duties on UK deliveries.
